  • All prices are listed in USD  and are subject to change without notice

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe

  • We do not store your full payment details

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and fees.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted on any workshops or products. 

Workshops: Unfortunately due to the small scale of this business, refunds are not possible after you have purchased seats in a workshop. It may be possible to send someone to attend in your place, so long as they are 18+. To arrange someone to attend in your place, follow the instructions in the confirmation email you received, “Troubling Visions order confirmed!” 

Artwork and physical products: Again, due to the small scale of this business, returns and refunds are not possible. If you face issues with the quality of products purchased, please contact us via the form here and explain where you purchased the item, the item description and the issue. Each issue will be evaluated on a case by case basis if anything can be done to improve the situation.  https://troublingvisions.com/contact/

We reserve the right to refuse all returns.

9. Digital Products 

If you purchase digital or virtual products (Ex: Workshop seats)

  • All sales are final and non-refundable

  • Downloadable products are not sold on this site 

  • All sales are final and non-refundable even if you do not show up for the event 

We reserve the right to revoke access to digital products if these Terms are violated.

10. No Resale / Acceptable Use

Unless explicitly authorized in writing:

  • Products purchased from our website are for personal use only
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our products

You also agree not to misuse our products or services, including:

  • Using them for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempting to copy, reverse engineer, or exploit our offerings

If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact:

  • We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks
